Treat your loved one to the gift of movement this Christmas with a Pilates with Leila Gift Certificate. The Certificate is for a 4 week personalised Pilates programme delivered either online via Zoom, or in my home studio in Lymm, Cheshire.
This 4 week personalised programme is aimed at all levels, but may be particularly beneficial for those who have a specific goal such as overcoming injury, to improve strength, decrease joint/back pain or for injury prevention for other sports etc. It would also make a great gift for someone who is keen to start Pilates, but would prefer to begin their journey with a course of 1:1 sessions to build confidence, before joining a group class.
Each session is 45 minutes long with a written summary of what we practiced in class to enable home practice.
A range of session times are available from Monday to Friday, with the earliest time slot being 6am and the latest being 4pm.
Terms of Booking
- The voucher must be redeemed by 31/07/2025
- The 4 sessions must be taken in a block of 4 consecutive weeks
- Once the block has commenced, remaining sessions cannot be transferred to another person.
