Stay active this summer with the 6 week Pilates Live Program – a blend of live online classes and On-demand classes.
Starting Sunday, 28th July, dive into a comprehensive program of Live Pilates classes and access to a library of over 100 On-demand classes including Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and more! The classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels, offering a variety of classes and challenges to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being.
What’s Included:
- Weekly Live Pilates Classes: Join me online for Live All Levels Pilates classes via the Zoom Platform. During the live sessions, I will guide you through the fundamentals, offering progressions along the way for those who want a little more challenge. All Live sessions are 45mins in duration. Timetable is as follows:
- Sunday 28th July – 9am
- Tuesday 30th July – 7am
- Sunday 4th August – 9am
- Tuesday 6th August 7am
- Sunday 25th August 9am
- Tuesday 27th August 7am
- Sunday 1st September 9am
- Tuesday 3rd September 7am
- Extensive Online Class Library: Gain unlimited access to a diverse library of classes, including Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and more, allowing you to tailor your workouts to your specific needs and preferences. Workouts range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes in duration.
