Description
If you experience back pain, stiffness, or limited mobility, you’ve likely been told that Pilates could help. However, not all Pilates is spine-safe. In fact, many traditional Pilates exercises are unsuitable for those with spinal issues—28 of the original exercises are not appropriate for disc problems or general lower back pain.
That’s why we’ve created Spine Care Pilates—a specialist 6-week programme designed to help you reduce pain, improve mobility, and build a stronger, more stable body in a safe and supportive environment.
Why Choose Spine Care Pilates?
✅ Recommended by Physiotherapists, Osteopaths & Chiropractors – We provide a safe space for those recovering from spinal issues to continue their journey beyond treatment.
✅ Designed for Those with Spinal Concerns – This programme is tailored for individuals with back pain, disc issues, or injury, using specific exercises that may help reduce stiffness and improve function over time.
✅ Evidence-Based Approach – Our method is grounded in the 8 principles of Pilates, incorporating the latest research from physiotherapy and holistic exercise practices.
✅ Expert Instruction & Small Class Sizes – With over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates and 25 years in the fitness industry, I ensure each participant receives individual attention and a hands-on approach in a class limited to just 8 people.
✅ A Bridge to Long-Term Recovery & Movement Confidence – This programme helps clients transition from physiotherapy into a safe, affordable group setting, building the confidence to engage in other activities while preventing future issues.
