This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that you may provide to us, Pilates with Leila (“we” or “us”), via pilateswithleila.co.uk (“our Website”). Together with our Website terms, (and any other documents referred to in it or in this policy) and this Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018 (the “Act”), the data controller is Pilates with Leila.

1. DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

If you use the booking tool available on our Website we will ask you to provide us with some personal information, including your name, email address and telephone number. This information allows us to confirm the booking you have made.

We may also use your information to send you marketing material such as SMS messages and email newsletters that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this information from us, then please ensure you indicate your preference on the booking screen by opting out of receiving marketing information. You may also opt-out of such marketing at any point using the methods detailed below.

Individuals can exercise their Individual Rights at any time. As mandated by law we will not charge a fee to process these requests, however if your request is considered to be repetitive, wholly unfounded and/or excessive, we are entitled to charge a reasonable administration fee.

In exercising your Individual Rights, you should understand that in some situations we may be unable to fully meet your request, for example if you make a request for us to delete all your personal data, we may be required to retain some data for taxation, prevention of crime and for regulatory and other statutory purposes.

You should understand that when exercising your rights, a substantial public or vital interest may take precedence over any request you make. In addition, where these interests apply, we are required by law to grant access to this data for law enforcement, legal and/or health related matters.

Where we may be reliant on other organisations to help satisfy your request this may impact on timescales.

To opt-out of SMS communications you can reply to the message received with the word ‘STOP’.

Alternatively, you can visit our unsubscribe page where after entering the email address used to obtain your valuation you will be given the option to opt-out of some or all email and SMS communications.
