PHiTT (Pilates High Intensity Training)

This 30 minute session is designed to improve over all strength and body conditioning. The fundamental principles of high-intensity training (HIT) are that the exercises are brief, infrequent, and intense. Each exercise is performed with a high level of effort, or intensity, in short bursts with intermittent rest utilising Pilates exercises.
Suitable for:
- All ages and the apparently healthy person. This is class is not appropriate for pregnant women or those with diagnosed back or joint problem
Equipment required:
- Pilates mat
- Bottle of water
