Nu Body Intervals is a 30 mins workout comprising of resistance & cardio interval training that will build strength and kick start your metabolism to leave you energised for the rest of the day.
Using body weights and free weights (2 bottles filled with water if you don’t have weights) this is a fun and challenging class!
Suitable for:
- All ages and the apparently healthy person. This is class is not appropriate for pregnant women or those with diagnosed back or joint problem
Equipment required:
- Pilates mat
- Small hand weights (1-3kg) or two water bottles filled with water
- Bottle of water
